Policy:
Items are returnable for exchange or store credit within 12 days of receipt. If we receive a return after 12 days you will be issued a store credit for the current price of the item. If you prefer an exchange on an regularly priced item for a different size or color - we will ship your exchange for FREE (on nonsale items.) We must receive the item within 12 days of receipt. Just include a note in your return telling us what items you would like in exchange. The items must be returned in brand new condition with all tags still attached. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted. All SALE items are returnable for store credit or exchange within 12 days of receipt. No refunds will be given. All exchanges and returns must be mailed postage paid. If you return a sale item after 12 days of receipt - store credit or exchange will be issued based on the current price of the item. We cannot accept COD exchanges or returns. Please note that a Free Shipping offer or Coupon offer is valid only on purchases made - if you return those items purchased under a Free Ship offer or Coupon offer for a refund - the standard shipping rate will be deducted from your refund/store credit and the Coupon made invalid will be deducted from your refund.
